Marketing Analyst

Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary responsible person for conducting the annual customer satisfaction survey project, working closely with research consultants to analyze both Transactional and Annual Survey results and provide an annual summary report to executive-level stakeholders within the company and flagship customers.
- Lead data collection efforts from both internal company sources and customer data to support project execution.
- Manage and oversee data entry and maintenance in the Service Portfolio system within the organization.
- Provide recommendations and support related to customer satisfaction survey results for internal and external data requesters.
- Summarize recommendations to close operational gaps and coordinate with customer service units to propose improvement plans.
- Present the annual customer satisfaction report to executive-level customers.
- Analyze existing operational data to summarize key insights from multiple perspectives, including customer persona, relationship engagement, and customer journey.
- Present analytical insights to the Marketing Manager to support strategy adjustments based on real-time business conditions and performance outcomes.
- Analyze customer segmentation, behaviors, and needs to suggest improvements in service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Go-To-Market Team to analyze market trends, product and service data, and identify target segments, strengths, weaknesses, and sales opportunities to provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Branding and Communication Team to analyze customer behavior across all communication channels and provide recommendations for enhancing communication strategies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Job Specifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication Arts, or related fields. Candidates with other degrees will be considered if they meet the required skills and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Analysis, Research, Business Development, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data analysis skills with a solid understanding of business operations.
- Ability to extract customer insights and behavioral patterns from data analysis.
- Experience in data analytics, market research, or business development will be a plus.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Go-To-Market, Branding & Communication, and Customer Service teams.
- Familiarity with SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Qualtrics, or other analytical tools.
- Experience working with customer satisfaction surveys and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Go-To-Market and Branding & Communication teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets into meaningful insights.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to executive stakeholders.
- TOEIC required score at least 550 as the minimum specification
