Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze target group and establish sales approach plan align with company direction and strategy.

Develop effective sales plan using sales tactics and methodology to generate company revenue growth to meet company revenue target.

Establish and maintain the relationships with potential & existing customers and business partner to support the additional and continuous lead generation.

Carry out customers approach activities including both on call, online, site visit and in person meeting to create customer interest in company products, services or solutions.
-
Assess customer business and IT needs and effectively mapping with company product, services and solutions to finalized the best fit and suitable approach for customer further consideration.

Manage to consolidate a solid and good quality of customer’s requirement and sharing to technical team for further preparation on solutions/services approach.

Collaborate with technical team to prepare and deliver approach presentation and demonstrations of service to customer.

Leading and responsible for commercial sales presentation and approach to create an effective approach which will drive the higher rate of possibility to win such as value proposition, service package, benefits, competitive advantage comparing with other service providers or competitors in the market.

Being a mediator between technical team and the customers to manage and delivery a best fit approach for customers.

Work closely with Technical/Solutions Team to compile Technical Proposal match with customers need.

Manage terms of sale and commercial contracts including the negotiation of sale, package discounts, and long-term contracts with customers

Finalized the proposal to ensure all customers requirement and needs are met in the proposed documents.

Manage sales approach and report Sales progress to PMO and executives.

Collaborate with related party to solve issues on commercial contract, billing documents, delivery documents and etc. for account under responsibilities.

Networking with existing customers, business partner and potential customers in order to seek opportunity generated for revenue growth.

Being a focal point of contact answering potential customers’ questions, describes benefits, discuss pros and cons of various competing products or services to captured customer’s interest in company product/services.

Gain familiarity with the IT Industry and stay updated on trends and innovative products.

Understanding company directions and strategy to expand and increase company revenue growth.
Job Specifications :
-
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication Arts, or a related field. Applicants with degrees in other areas will be considered if they have relevant skills and experience.

Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales planning, business development, or a related field within the IT or technology sector. Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze markets and develop strategies that align with company goals.

Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and coordinate among various stakeholders. Must be adept at persuading and influencing others.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. Experience with data analytics tools such as SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.

Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to perform detailed market analysis and extract valuable insights from complex data sets. Ability to translate these insights into actionable business strategies.

Customer Relationship Management: Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers and business partners. Experience in managing customer interactions through various channels including on-call, online, site visits, and in-person meetings.

Presentation Skills: Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on creating solutions that meet both customer needs and company objectives.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to act as a mediator between technical teams and customers, ensuring that the solutions provided align with customer requirements.

Sales Management: Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including the negotiation of terms and contracts.

Industry Knowledge: Must stay updated on IT industry trends and innovations to effectively engage with clients and anticipate market needs.

Language Proficiency: TOEIC required score at least 600 as the minimum specification
