Senior IT Asset Management (Endpoint Management)

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans (for end-to-end IT asset management covering computers, notebooks, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment) that match with the business requirement and generate the Sales Opportunity
- Develop Sourcing strategies to identify reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers. and plan to serve business needs and monitor actual performance.
- Oversee and approve IT hardware procurement, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, business value, and corporate IT standards.
- Lead vendor and supplier negotiations, managing pricing, delivery quality, and post-sale support to ensure optimal performance and value.
- Plan and manage leasing and procurement contracts (Procurement Planning & Contract Management) to support budgeting and operational needs.
- Provide technical consultation on equipment specifications and collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure compliance with safety and IT standards.
- Supervise IT Support / Helpdesk operations, including setting SLAs and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance user satisfaction.
- Maintain and govern the Asset Inventory System, ensuring asset records are accurate and up to date, and establish standards for regular asset audits.
- Support and deliver analytical reports on budget utilization, asset performance, cost-saving opportunities, and usage trends for management decision-making
- Lead and develop the IT Support and Asset Management team, ensuring high service performance and continuous capability growth aligned with organizational goals.
- Leadership & Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals, Leadership mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach , Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, Facilitate effective communication across Team to ensure production continuity.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Procurement, or Infrastructure Support, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong understanding of IT hardware specifications, licensing models, and lifecycle management (PCs, servers, mobile devices, printers, etc.)
- Proven experience in vendor negotiation and contract management, including leasing and procurement planning
- Familiarity with ITIL framework, IT support best practices, and service-level agreement (SLA) management
- Knowledge of IT security standards and ability to collaborate effectively with Infrastructure and Security teams
- Hands-on experience with Asset Management Systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, Lansweeper, or equivalent)
- Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret budget reports, usage trends, and cost optimization metrics
- Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
