• Implement, enhance, and support SAP GRC products, IBM products, and in-house applications related to risk management.
• Implement and support IBM OpenPages with Watson 8.3 (ORM).
• Implement and support GRC Access Control and GRC Process Control for oil & gas clients across key processes: P2P, O2C, IT, H2R.
• Execute Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Critical Access (CA) risk analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis on SOD and CA issues identified by GRC Access Control.
• Analyze exceptions generated by GRC Process Control and assist clients in fine-tuning business rules.
• Maintain master data, including creation of organizations, business processes, sub-processes, and controls according to company structure.
• Set up automated monitoring by creating scheduled jobs for preventive (access-related) and detective (transaction-related) controls executed periodically.
• Provide support and resolve issues related to Access Control and Process Control.
• Configure GRC Process Control for integration with SAP BW.

Job Specifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in SAP GRC Process Control (PC) and Access Control (AC) implementation and functional support.
• Successfully completed at least one full-cycle SAP GRC PC/AC implementation, with practical experience in configuring: Risk Mapping, Role Management, Workflows, Risk Analysis, Continuous Control Monitoring, Business Rules, Risk Assessments, and Planner Tasks.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of the SAP Controls Framework across end-to-end business processes including Supply Chain, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Order-to-Cash.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize GRC processes, controls, and workflows.
• Strong technical skills to configure and execute SAP Access/Process Control (10.0 / 10.1 / 12.0) workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of Risk Aggregation, Heat Maps, and Planner functionalities within GRC Process Control and GRC Risk Management.
• Experience performing pre-installation and post-installation activities, including synchronizations, connectors, rule building, and MSMP workflow configuration.
• Solid understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliance requirements, regulations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles within an SAP ERP environment.
• Strong capability in configuring and implementing SAP GRC Access Control modules — ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM, and UAR.
• Proven experience supporting SAP GRC solutions across Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC).
• Good understanding of SAP Security concepts, system landscape architecture, transport systems, and version compatibilities.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)  TOEIC Score 550
